Clark County Juvenile Court (CCJC) issues requests for proposals (RFPs), asking vendors to submit plans to provide needed services. These may be services that directly support our customers or services that support the operation of CCJC.

RFQ – Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)

Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division-Juvenile Section is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) to support the Youth Treatment Court (YTC) Participants who are recommended for IOP. Proposals must adhere to the following requirements:

Proposal Requirements:                     Full name and address of each person or organization submitting proposal on outside of envelope. Proposals must be submitted either by paper format or electronically via email to smithn@clarkohiojuvcourt.us

• Proposals are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left-hand corner as follows: RFP for Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)

• Clark County and the Juvenile Court reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract document.
• Please note the County is exempt from all Federal, State, and Local Sales and/or Excise Taxes.
